I specialize in supporting clients who have tried it all, but are still experiencing chronic pain — and they just want to feel strong and balanced again.
Through lower impact, stability-focused methods like balance and strength training, I help my clients learn movements that help them walk, run, swing a golf club, and pick up their grandkids with ease.
With over a decade in sports like wrestling, soccer, and weightlifting paired with working in construction, I learned how ineffective movement can cause long-lasting injuries and muscle imbalances. Waking up unable to do what I used to do, with chronic pain in my back and shoulders, I knew I had to make a major change.
Today, as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I teach clients how to move more fluently, improve ankle, knee, and hip stability, plus build balance and strength that alleviates pain for life.
