About Trevor Roberts
Hello everyone, My name is Trevor. I’ve been a personal trainer for 4 years, and am certified in fitness and as a nutrition coach. My specialization is in strength and conditioning. As an athlete who plays basketball and someone who did not always eat correctly, I took it upon myself to further learn how the body works to be able to get the look I want but to also be healthy in the process. I’ve helped a lot of people lose weight, gain weight/ muscle mass, helped college athletes in football, basketball and lacrosse to be able to perform in their sport at a high level. By signing up with me, I will hold you accountable and give you all the keys to success. I just ask that you meet me halfway and stay dedicated in the process. Tony graduated overseas and has been a personal trainer for over 17 years. He has been training at Club Fitness for 13 years and has had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients such as doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, military personnel, law enforcement officers, senior citizens, children, bodybuilders, and your regular everyday people who are seeking weight loss, fat loss, reshaping their body, and those who just want to live a healthier lifestyle. He has worked with clients with various medical issues such as COPD patients, lung cancer survivors, rotator cuff problems, bad knees, bad back, weak glutes and hips, etc… Tony’s major focus in training is to help his clients reach their fitness goals in the most efficient, effective and safest way possible.
About Betty McAllister
Betty has been working as a certified personal trainer for over 11 years. Her education in the health, fitness and wellness industry includes Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Metabolic Training, Nutritional Studies, Suspension Training, and AED/CPR Training.
Betty’s skill set involves not only personal training, but identification of muscle imbalance identification and correction, weight loss/weight management and nutritional guidance, resistance and strength training, lunge training for all abilities, Ultimate Abs Training, HIIT for the busy client, and Form and Function Training with multiple modalities for all levels. About Mera May
Mera is a fitness professional that has earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University and holds a NASM certification. Her initial interest in fitness began at a young age from competing in AAU and high school track. That allowed her to take her talent to the Junior Olympics and also compete at a collegiate level. She has been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat through training and nutrition.
Mera’s journey as a trainer began during the pandemic when she assisted with coaching a youth track & field team and created at-home workouts for family and friends. She has a natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand and trust in her methods and from this, she gets and expects amazing results. She has developed the skills necessary to be able to design effective goal specific training programs and pinpoint flaws within a client’s current nutritional and lifestyle habits and correct them in a way that is both easy to understand and manageable within their current needs and circumstances.
About Emily Harmon
My name is Emily Harmon and I am ISSA personal training certified as well as group fitness certified! I am instructor here at club fitness teaching Hip Hop Step, Afro beats, and Hip Hop Cardio! I specialize in thin waists and thick cakes, where I take cardio and leg day very personal. I also specialize in connecting the mind and body for healing, doing so I find what my client loves and help them channel it through exercise as a coping mechanism for life! I also used to play softball and have been a dancer since I was 8! When I realized dancing was a form of cardio I was inspired because I truly love dance! That’s what I believe makes me so successful today is that I can say I truly love what I do!

Hi everyone! My name is Caroline Pangle, and I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer here at Club Fitness. I began my fitness journey in high school where I ran cross country and played tennis. Fitness was a huge part of my life even before then and this led me to begin training over 3 years ago. Since then, I have helped many clients achieve not only body fat loss but significant muscle gain as well. I am a recent Food and Nutritional Science graduate from Delaware State University.
