- Parent/Guardian Must Be Present at Sign-Up
- A parent or legal guardian is required to accompany the teen during initial registration at the club.
- Independent Gym Access for Teens
- Once signed up, teens are allowed to use the gym facilities on their own (within designated hours, if applicable).

Teens 12-15 Program
- Parent/Guardian Must Be Present at Sign-Up
- Parent must have an Active membership. (Teen will be attached to the parent account)
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany the teen during initial registration at the club.
- Co-Dependent Gym Access for Teens
- Teens may use the facility when accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains with them at all times.

- Basic Teen Club Membership $9.99
- Platinum Membership $14.99
- Eligibility
- Open to teens within the specified age range 12-15
- Usage Guidelines
- Teens must follow all gym rules and may have limited access depending upon the membership selected.
Children 12 and under
- Usage Guidelines
- Children under 12 are not permitted on the gym floor.
- Kids Club
- Children 12 and under are able to attend Kids Club.
- Kids Club allows for supervised play for up to 2hrs/day.
