Caroline Pangle

Hi everyone! My name is Caroline Pangle, and I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer here at Club Fitness. I began my fitness journey in high school where I ran cross country and played tennis. Fitness was a huge part of my life even before then and this led me to begin training over 3 years ago. Since then, I have helped many clients achieve not only body fat loss but significant muscle gain as well. I am a recent Food and Nutritional Science graduate from Delaware State University. Therefore, I love helping people meet their fitness goals through exercise while focusing on nutrition! I look forward to working with you and I can’t wait to meet you!
