Biography

Betty’s primary goal as a personal trainer is to help achieve personal health and fitness goals for her clients and classes. Using the professional knowledge as a certified personal trainer attained through certifications with American Fitness and Aerobics Association, American Council of Exercise Metabolic Training, AFFA Nutrition studies, TRX instructor, and CPR certification, her task will be to help meet the needs for improved physical fitness and health for her clients. By combining professionalism and guidance, proper form and technique, and a positive workout environment each client will become empowered by an awareness of what will be expected of them, as well as have a clear understanding of the value of fitness, nutrition and overall good health. 

Her motivation is “transforming the mind, body and life of her clients, each of whom is on an individual and very personal journey to be the best they can be”. Also, learning that she has had a positive impact on clients keeps her driven to be her best. Her clients have said, “The personal training was just a small part, albeit very important. It was the friendship, motivation, encouragement, advice, confidence and confidentiality, and all the listening that you did. I will always be indebted”. Another client recently stated, “due to Betty’s persistence and belief in me, I did not give up. She is such an inspiration, someone I admire and believe in. She made me see that I need to make today count and never look back…keep setting goals. Betty is an awesome coach who has made an impact on my life”.
